Please include your order number & name for all inquiries. All returns must be pre-approved by one of our customer service representatives first.
Please be advised that most orders may take anywhere from 3-5 days for processing and up to 5-7 additional business days for shipping.
Customer Service Inquiries:
- Please email [email protected] and always include your order number for any customer service inquiries. Please allow up to 48 hours (on business days) for a reply. We will try our best to reply as soon as possible.
Processing & Domestic Shipping:
- Please note that we only ship orders Monday - Friday. Orders placed Monday - Friday BEFORE 4PM EST will begin processing that day & ship within 3-5 business days. Orders place AFTER 4PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 4PM will begin processing on the following Monday. We do not ship on U.S. holidays.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, & up to an additional 5-7 business days for USPS Ground shipping for delivery. Customers will receive tracking information once their orders are shipped out. We do not offer Saturday deliver. Note: Delivery time does not include Saturdays OR U.S. holidays, only business days.
- We now offer international shipping as well.
Payment:
- Knotted Brand accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay for your order with your PayPal account.
Refunds & Returns:
All sales are final.
- We will only allow a refund or return if you receive a defective product. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about a damaged product after it has been worn/used.
Our order policy lasts 14 days. If you have not contacted us within those 14 days of your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange, or a refund.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted if you receive an incorrect or defective product, or if you would like to switch out an item size, given it is in stock. Please keep in mind that all items must still be in new condition and customers are responsible for return shipping.
